A Letter of Gratitude: Thank You for Being a Part of our Decade of Excellence

From Chad Mulligan, RED BEAR Negotiation Founder & CEO:

On this Thanksgiving holiday, RED BEAR has an additional reason to be grateful: our 10-year anniversary.

This December marks 10 years of excellence from the RED BEAR Negotiation team. As our team answered the question of how we wanted to mark the occasion, we turned our focus to our core values, one of which is gratitude.

As a leader who loves what I do, I know the practice of gratitude is important to both recognize the goodness in our lives as well as thank those responsible for it. Our team quickly agreed that there is no better way to celebrate this success than to give back to those clients who made this decade possible.

Last month, we were thrilled to launch our 10-Year Anniversary Pricing Promotion. Our former, existing, and new clients can take advantage of our 10-year-old pricing until December 15, 2023.

We are so grateful for the former, current, and future clients who give us their confidence and trust. At this milestone, we truly celebrate each of you.

As we’ve approached this milestone, I find myself reflecting on how we got here and my own professional journey that led to the creation of RED BEAR.

In truth, RED BEAR Negotiation’s legacy really began 40 years ago at BayGroup International, where I had the privilege to found the company’s procurement training practice. After BayGroup was sold in 2013, I used my RED-BEAR-tested-and-approved negotiation skills to become the exclusive distributor of the organization’s procurement training. In 2013, I went all in and acquired full ownership of the content that now forms the core of RED BEAR’s negotiation and collaboration training offerings. And it has only improved over the past decade.

I am proud and thankful for this decades-long journey that’s had a transformative impact on so many professionals around the world.

And finally, I’m thankful for the entire RED BEAR team. Our people are our product. There’s no RED BEAR without this dream team of individuals who demonstrate their boundless passion for compelling training experiences.

Thank you to our world-class trainers who operate all around the world with a global footprint, and thank you to our dedicated staff who champion our mission every day.

I’ve said it before, but we’re just getting started. I’m so proud to celebrate 10 years of excellence from the RED BEAR Negotiation team and look forward to our continued leadership in the next decade.

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving,

Chad Mulligan
Founder & CEO of RED BEAR Negotiation Company
